First-Class Portable Restrooms for First-Class Women

Posted on May 29, 2012 - 07:00 PM | Sporting Events | Comments (54)

There are so many national and international outdoor sporting events during this time of year. Among those is the ShopRite LPGA Classic that is being held in Galloway, NJ this coming weekend, June 1-3. The women will be competing for the $1.5 million purse. The top five ranked players are Yani Tseng, Azahara Munoz, Ai Miyazato, Sun Young Yoo, and Stacey Lewis. Considering the fact that the players are on the golf course for so long, have you ever wondered where they go if nature calls? We have…and we’re hoping the answer is a restroom trailer. They’re out there playing hard, walking miles, sweating, and drinking lots of water. A restroom trailer is exactly what the women need. It offers a sanitary, private, first-class, environment with flushable toilets and running water. Each unit has a mirror, and if desired, can include an “amenities” basket with a brush, hair spray, deodorant, mints, etc. for a quick touch-up that is sometimes necessary. And why should the players be the only ones with that kind of portable bathroom? We think such refined fans and spectators deserve first-class portable restroom facilities, too! If you are planning on attending this weekend, you’ll need to pack a variety of outerwear. You may need a light sweater and sunglasses, in addition to a raincoat and umbrella. The weather calls for some sun on Friday and Sunday, but scattered thunderstorms on Saturday. We’re crossing our fingers for Saturday so that all of you can stay safe and dry!

Outside for Memorial Day weekend? Find a portable restroom trailer near you!

Posted on May 25, 2012 - 11:00 AM | Summer Events | Comments (1)

Memorial Day was established almost 150 years ago to honor those that died fighting in a war, but didn’t become a federal holiday until 1971. Through the years, our nation has come to better appreciate Memorial Day as a day to honor the many men and women who have fought and given their lives for our freedom. Wherever you go and whatever you do this weekend, be sure to take a moment to remember our fallen soldiers and what they’ve done for us. Since Memorial Day is an official holiday, that means a long weekend for most, which also means picnics, sporting events, travel, beaches, pool parties, family gatherings, parks, festivals, concerts, and so much more. Every year this weekend seems to be the “official” turning point of seasons. The weather begins to stay hotter, school is out or almost out, and the sense of summer is felt by all. Chances are you won’t be spending your time inside, which means you’ll be hot, sweaty, sticky, and maybe sandy. If that’s the case, do you really want to answer nature’s call in a small, cramped, hot, stinky, dirty porta potty? Before you head into one of those, look around…you might just get lucky and find a portable restroom trailer with fresh air, lots of space, flushable toilets, soap and running water to wash your hands. Portable restroom trailers seem to be catching on as the new trend in portable bathrooms. So, wherever you are this weekend when nature calls, look around to see if there’s a restroom trailer near you. Have a safe and happy Memorial Day!

Speed Through the Portable Restroom at Speed Week

Posted on May 24, 2012 - 11:00 AM | Sporting Events | Comments (35)

This week is Speed Week at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC. Throughout the week there are tons of activities and festivities, including qualifier races, festivals, exhibits, cookouts, and rallies. All these events culminate with the Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday. Being that it is Memorial Day weekend, which is a long weekend for most, there will be thousands of people attending the weekend celebration. The weather forecast for Charlotte, NC calls for a beautiful hot and sunny weekend. The crowds will be outside, walking around, eating, and hopefully drinking plenty of fluids. This introduces a natural progression…the hotter people get, the more they drink, which means portable bathroom facilities are an enormous necessity. And not only that, but enough portable bathrooms are essential to accommodate the large masses of people. They should be placed strategically around the grounds for convenience and efficiency because the more people there are, the higher the chances for long lines, and the hotter it is, the less people are going to willingly wait in the scorching sun. Restroom trailers are a great solution for crowds such as those expected at the Motor Speedway this weekend. The trailers offer sanitary, climate controlled conditions with multiple toilets for a quick in-and-out. There are so many other lines to wait in this weekend….isn’t this one you’d like to avoid? Y’all have fun and be safe this Memorial Day weekend!

The 2012 Storm Season Is Upon Us

Posted on May 18, 2012 - 10:00 AM | Disaster Relief | Comments (34)

Already in 2012, we have seen a handful of earthquakes and an outbreak of deadly tornados. And hurricane season hasn’t even begun yet. It’s time to prepare for the relief that people will need as we head into the “super storm” time of year. Natural disasters not only bring physical damage, but also emotional devastation to those who experience it. After the destruction of a natural disaster is when most people are vulnerable; wondering where do I go, what do I do, how do I begin to put my life back together? There are many organizations that aid in disaster relief, all offering something different. Some bring food and water, some offer laundry cleaning; others help rebuild homes and businesses, while others provide portable restrooms and showers. When your loved ones are all you have left, a good meal and a warm shower go a long way. Portable restroom and shower trailers are a necessity to those who have lost their own amenities. There are trailers that have restrooms only, showers only, or combos that include both restrooms and showers. All of them include sinks. They are private, climate controlled, clean, sanitary, and offer just a little bit of comfort and peace of mind after a turbulent storm. We are thankful to all of the supporting organizations that when a disaster happens, are there to help and encourage our fellow human beings.

Benefits for Construction Sites

Posted on May 11, 2012 - 11:00 AM | Improved Productivity | Comments (5)

The other day I drove through a neighborhood that is still building homes. I noticed a little porta potty by the road. One of the construction guys happened to be going in while another was on his way there. On the way out, which was on the other side of the circular development, I noticed another porta potty by the road. My first thought was “why don’t they just put the porta potties in one central location?” Then I began to think about the benefits that a portable restroom trailer would offer. Take the example of the scenario that I observed; one person was in the porta potty while another waited. That’s valuable time wasted. One small restroom trailer in a convenient central location with access to multiple stalls would allow more than one person to use the restroom, saving time and therefore saving money. Additionally, providing clean and sanitary restroom conditions will take away the risk of illness spreading to and from the workers. With a portable restroom trailer, the workers would be able to wash their hands with soap and running water. This will keep everyone healthy, strong, and able to work, which in turn, will increase productivity. Lastly, a portable bathroom trailer will be more appealing to those driving through the neighborhood looking at homes to buy. In fact, they may not even realize what it is. If I were a potential buyer, I would think “If the builders cared this much to provide a good environment for their employees, they must have put that much more pride and quality into building these homes.” The little amount of effort it takes for a small detail as that could translate to big results for you.

A Reason To Celebrate

Posted on May 07, 2012 - 01:00 PM | Summer Events | Comments (29)

It’s that time of year again! Graduates of all kinds all over the country will be celebrating their success. It’s a turning point in their lives…the end of a season and the beginning of a new journey. I can’t think of a better reason to celebrate! Whether planning for a graduation party or the actual graduation ceremony, keeping the graduate and guests happy is of utmost importance. Regardless of if you have one hundred people or one thousand people to think of, bathroom needs is an important detail to plan for. Portable bathrooms are great for this type of occasion. The site of the graduation ceremony will surely need restrooms that can accommodate large crowds to get people in and out quickly and efficiently. Additionally, handicap accessible accommodations for those family members who need it are essential. The party site can also use portable bathrooms to make sure the guests are treated like royalty. They will be sure to have a safe, reliable, and clean experience whether they just want to wash hands or “take care of business”. Either way, portable restroom rentals provide a sensible, effortless, economical solution to a common problem with these kinds of events. That alone is reason to celebrate! Besides, should you decide to have a big graduation party in your backyard, do you really want all those guests going in and out of your home, traipsing dirt throughout?
