TERMS
- 50% non-refundable deposit
- Per-mile delivery charge beyond a 40-mile radius
- Pumper charge: $125-$275 per service to empty waste tank
- NO UNIT CAN BE MOVED WITH FULL WASTE TANKS
- Renter is responsible for maintenance and restocking for rentals over two days
- Certificate of General Liability Insurance of $1 million minimum required
- Certificate of Liability Rider coverage on restroom trailer required

Site Requirements for Trailer Hookup
Level ground with trailer access.
Electric: depending on trailer size, 1 to 4 20-AMP 110-volt outlets (standard 3-prong Edison plug) within 100 feet of trailer.
Water: Hookup access within 100 feet of trailer.
