Each suite includes a water-saving china pedal flush toilet, toilet-paper holder, wall-to-wall lockable vanity with solid surface countertops with an under-mounted sink, large shatterproof mirror, metered faucets, and in-counter wastebasket with soap and the paper-towel dispenser.
The men’s suite also includes a water-saving urinal. The trailer also includes a smooth, durable white fiberglass interior, insulated walls and ceiling, and one-piece aluminum seamless roof with smooth siding.
Easy access for guests of all ages with 2 easy steps with full landing and double handrails. Abundant porch lighting at each entry door and 1-piece non-skid rubber flooring ensure your guests can enter/ exit safely and securely no matter what time of day or night.
Your guests are also sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled environment maintained by air conditioning and 4 season heat package! A 4-season heat package is rated to -20°F and includes a 40K BTU ducted furnace, (2) 30lb liquid propane (LP) tanks mounted on the front, and an insulated liquid propane (LP) cover. The waste tank de-icing system prevents freezing. This unit is also reinforced with R13 underfloor spray insulation, R14 insulated walls & ceiling, and a foil-wrapped exterior before metaling. To also prevent water freezing and upgraded power, this unit includes a 50′ heated water hose and a 50′ or (2) 30 AMP marine-style power cords.
This restroom trailer is also upgraded to include a water heater so your guests can enjoy a hot water hand wash.
