The floor plan includes two women’s suites and one men’s suite, each with a separate entrance. Each suite consists of a water-saving china pedal flush toilet, toilet-paper holder, wall-to-wall lockable vanity with solid surface countertops with under-mount designer sink, large shatterproof mirror, metered faucets, in-counter wastebasket with soap and paper towel dispenser. The men’s suite also includes a water-saving urinal. The restroom trailer also has a smooth, durable earth-tone fiberglass interior, insulated walls and ceiling, and one-piece aluminum seamless roof with smooth siding. Easy access for guests of all ages with two easy steps with full landing and double handrails. Abundant porch lighting at each entry door and 1-piece designer vinyl flooring to ensure your guests can enter/ exit safely and securely no matter what time of day or night.
Provide your guests with year-round comfort with air conditioning and a 4 season heat package (rated to -20°F). This trailer is also upgraded to include a water heater so guests can enjoy a hot water hand wash.
