The Classic Series 4 Station Combo Portable Restrooms Shower Trailer floor plan includes 4 Unisex restroom-shower suites, each with a separate entrance. Each suite includes full flush china toilet, fiberglass shower stall, corner vanity with a stainless steel sink, self-closing faucet in the sink and shower, bench, shower curtain, and toilet-paper holder. This unit features an LP On Demand Gas Water Heater, powered by dual propane tanks mounted on the tongue of the trailer. Abundant porch lighting, vinyl flooring, fold down steps, double handrails, and large landing ensures your guests or employees can enter/ exit safely and securely no matter what time of day or night. 

Provide your guests with year round comfort with air conditioning and a 4 season heat package (rated to -20°F).  Insulated side walls and ceiling provides better performance and energy saving properties similar to house insulation. In addition to this full 4 season package and propane forced air furnace, this unit also has a 1500W electric heater in the mechanic's room.
