The ADA Portable Restroom For Rent | ADA +1 Station Comfort Series is one of our most popular smaller ADA units. This unit is specifically designed to accommodate the needs of disabled users and can also be utilized as a family suite by those caring for small children or older adults that need special assistance.
The floor plan includes 1 standard Unisex suite and 1 ADA Unisex suite, each with a separate entrance and features a hydraulic lift system allows the entire restroom trailer to lower to the ground with the push of a button! The Unisex suite includes 1 pedal-flush china toilet, wall-to-wall lockable vanity with sink and large shatterproof mirror, and in-counter wastebasket with soap and paper towel dispenser, and toilet-paper holder. The ADA-compliant Unisex suite includes 1 wheelchair-accessible ceramic sink, faucet, and door handle; and 1 pressurized tank with a mounted pushbutton control module. This suite allows for a full 360° turning radius for wheelchairs and additional assistance grab rails. Abundant porch lighting at each entry door and 1-piece non-skid rubber flooring ensures your guests can enter/ exit safely and securely no matter what time of day or night. Your guests are also sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled environment maintained by air conditioning and heat strips!
Exterior details of this 16-foot ADA portable restrooms unit continue to impress with a LED porch light & occupancy indicator Light at each entrance, fold-down ATP steps with aluminum railings at the Unisex suite, and a ramp system with 1¼” stainless steel railings at the Unisex ADA suite.
