efforts for the rare native loulu palm tree.  This majestic tree is endemic to Oahu, but is considered to be at risk due to a combination of development and invasive species.Upon purchasing the property, the business owners began cultivating native populations of the rare tree – and their seedlings can now be found planted throughout the estate’s gardens.  Their efforts were so successful
