Of course, we always hope to deploy our disaster response units as infrequently as possible. This isn’t the first time we’ve teamed up with Galveston to help with a hurricane. And unfortunately, it probably won’t be the last.

The Long Weekend Ahead
At the time of this writing, Harvey is expected to hit the coast Friday night as a Category 3 hurricane. He has the potential to produce winds up to 125 miles per hour, with storm surges up to twelve feet. Areas near the eye of the storm may receive up to thirty-five inches of rain, and power outages are likely throughout eastern and central Texas.
