Protect Your Portable Restroom Rentals with New Mobile Monitoring System

Home monitoring systems are installed by homeowners to protect and monitor their home when they are out of the house. Mobile Monitoring Systems for portable restroom rentals serve a similar purpose. This amazing innovation is currently offered by only one manufacturer in the United States, and where possible, all Portable Restroom Trailers manufactured moving forward will have this technology. Some benefits include: Waste Tank Monitoring The schedule of when to empty waste tanks can widely vary depending on number of guests, frequency of use, etc. Unless your portable restroom trailer is equipped with a Mobile Monitoring System, the only way to know if the waste tank requires service is to check it on a regular basis. With the Mobile Monitoring System, You can remotely monitor the level of your trailer’s waste tank and instantly know when it is time to pump the unit. Freshwater Monitoring If your portable restroom fleet is scattered across a geographical area, making the rounds to check water levels can be time consuming. The Mobile Monitoring System offers visibility of all your units’ water levels remotely, giving you more time to focus on growing your business, and peace of mind. Temperature Monitoring With a home monitoring system, you are able to track the temperature of your home to prevent freezing pipes while you’re away. With a Mobile Monitoring System for your portable restroom trailer, you receive information about the internal temperature of the trailer. This helps ensure there’s no risk of freezing pipes and your guests are comfortable. Checking this virtually prevents excessive visits to the site to adjust the temperature. GPS Tracking Keeping track of your portable restroom rentals fleet can be a challenge.  With GPS Tracking, you will always know where each unit is located in real time. The Map view allows you to view your entire fleet at once. With the Geographic Zones feature (geozones), receive alerts if any of your portable restroom fleet enters or exits the preset geozone. Also, the Mobile Monitoring System can help you predict and schedule logistics of your units and when a unit/s will arrive. Disable Power If there is an issue with the portable restroom trailer, remote access provides the ability to disable the power using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Should an emergency arise, the ability to disable the power remotely can prevent a situation from escalating into a bigger problem. Battery Monitoring Some electrical systems in portable restroom trailers are powered by batteries. Their failure could cause issues for restroom users. With the Mobile Monitoring System, battery levels are monitored and you will be notified to replace them before they have a chance to stop functioning. Shore Power Monitoring When your portable restroom trailer is on site, it is hooked up to electrical systems. In the case of high winds, storms or other issues, power supplies may need to be disabled. The Mobile Monitoring System alerts you if this happens. You can switch to back up power generators or temporarily restrict power access to the portable restroom trailer. This revolutionary technology will change the portable restroom rentals industry.  With the features listed above, and many others, you will know where your trailer is, its’ waste tank levels, water levels, temperature status, battery power levels, and more. Stay tuned for more updates as Portable Restroom Trailers includes the Mobile Monitoring System in our inventory, available for your needs.

Winery Benefits from Portable Restroom Trailers

Sonoma County in northern California is known for its beauty and seascape vistas. It’s also known for amazing wineries producing a large variety of grapes and wines. The more than 500 wineries are just one hour from San Francisco, making them a huge tourist attraction. The picturesque area is also known for resorts, Bed and Breakfasts, delicious food, and nature excursions galore. One Healdsburg winery investor is providing visitors and vineyard workers with an improved bathroom experience thanks to portable restroom trailers.  Three-Station Shower Combo The three-station shower and restroom combo trailer is one of our most popular choices for people who will keep the trailer on site for an extended period of time, like the winery in Healdsburg. Each of the three unisex shower-restroom areas has its own entrance and tank-less instant hot water system with an easy-to-use shower. No fumbling with confusing knobs and fixtures in these suites! Each suite also includes a real, flushable toilet, vanity with stainless steel sink and mirror, and shower curtain. Added benefits include wastebaskets and toilet paper holders capable of holding a full roll of 2-ply paper. The floor is made of non-skid rubber for safety and the bright porch lighting means employees can enter and exit the shower suites at any time without fear of tripping. Northern California has beautiful weather and isn’t always warm. Our three-station shower combo trailers are fully climate controlled to keep users cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The roof-mounted unit pumps out 5600BTUs of air conditioning or heat as appropriate, a built-in air-supply return, and a propane water heater. Combine all that temperature control with insulated side walls and ceilings and vineyard employees can shower in comfort. One additional cool feature of this unit is the mechanical room, which provides maintenance crews with easy access to the water tank and utility hookups. The freshwater tank holds over 100 gallons of water and the 400-gallon waste tank is capable of connecting to city sewer lines. All this water storage means the winery employees have enough water for 1800 uses, including handwashing. The comfortable and functional interior is complimented by the same attention to detail on the exterior. With a long-lasting LED porch light and occupancy indicator at each entrance, employees feel safe using the shower combo trailer any time of day or night. The fold-down stairs have easy-to-grip handrails and a large landing to keep everyone safe. Two-Station Preowned Portable Restroom Trailer The winery in Healdsburg got a great deal on a preowned two-station portable restroom trailer. This 12-foot trailer features two bathroom suites – one for men, and one for women. Each suite has a flushable toilet, vanity with solid countertop and stainless steel sink, mirror, and hot and cold faucets. Enhancing comfort, the details of a toilet paper holder that holds a full roll of 2-ply paper an in-counter wastebasket, and soap and paper towel dispensers make cleaning up a breeze. The men’s side also has a urinal to save water and time. As with the shower combo trailer, the two-station portable restroom trailer has no-skid rubber mats on the floors and insulated walls and ceiling to keep out the elements. Additional safety features include foldout stairs with full-size handrails and porch lighting. The Result The Healdsburg winery investor couldn’t be happier with her onsite portable restroom trailers. Her staff and visitors appreciate the comfort and convenience. When asked about her portable restroom trailer purchase, Spencer S. said, “We purchased two restroom trailers from this company and both trailers are amazing, new, and clean. The company was extremely helpful and great with customer service for each trailer's transaction. I worked specifically with Vanessa, one of the Sales Account Executives every time and she was the best to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company to service their portable restroom/shower trailer needs. Each trailer's shipping cost was very affordable and fast. Winterize Your Portable Restroom Rentals Trailer

Portable Restroom Rentals Trailer offer convenience and high quality hygiene solutions for offsite events and locations where bathrooms and hand washing is not an option. To keep your portable restroom trailer running smoothly all year long, it’s important to take steps to prepare and protect your trailer during the winter. Follow these simple instructions to keep your trailer in optimal condition: Protect Your Water Supply Wrap heat tape around a ¾” garden hose. Use duct tape to hold it in place, about every 12 inches. Put foam tube insulation around the hose and heat tape. Leave the plugs and power lights uncovered. Run duct tape down the insulation, leaving the connecting ends, plugs and power lights uncovered. If you cover them, you will not be able to connect the water or power. Leave test lights and power lights uncovered (for testing and to be sure the hose remains working). Create a Box Place 2 1500-watt electric heaters under the unit. Be sure you have sufficient power! Build a 2x2 or 2x4 wood frame to fit underneath each side of the unit. This is going to box the bottom of the outside of the unit. Fill any gaps with insulation Cut ½” plywood to fit frame for each side. Be sure to consider stairs when cutting your wood. Stairs should be out and in place before measuring. Measure and cut out a 6”x6” square to cover the drain access. Attach this with hinges so you can access the drain when needed. This will protect drain valve from freezing. Eliminate gaps and holes on the tongue side of the unit with R-13 (or greater) insulation. Staple insulation inside the wood box Cut a piece of insulation in half and lay it on the ground where the box will be placed. This eliminates gaps between the wood and the ground. After Plywood is Attached Fill any small gaps on the top and bottom of the box with insulation Staple bubble wrap around the outside of the wood unit. This closes of gaps and keeps cold air out and heat in. Use electrical tape to cover plug connections that will remain outside. For Units Not in Use for the Winter Eliminate the use of power and water until the unit is ready to be used again. Drain water from all the lines. Add nontoxic RV “Pink Water System” antifreeze Unplug Follow these simple tips and your portable restroom rentals trailer will be in good working order all winter long and your guests happy and comfortable.
