Offering the largest online inventory of new and used portable restroom and shower trailers comes with its responsibilities. Our sales team must be extremely knowledgeable about our trailers, and thoughtful in conversing with our customers to understand what trailer solution is the best fit for their needs and budget. Part of our ongoing commitment to customer service is investing in employee education and development. As such, our entire team recently attended the Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show.
The Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show, or WWETT for short, was held February 23-26 in Indianapolis, IN. The world’s largest annual trade show for environmental service professionals included over 500 exhibits. Over 3,700 companies were in attendance, including Portable Restroom Trailers. Our sales team spent their time at the show checking out the displays and catching up one-on-one with customers. They also met with our leading manufacturers for a better understanding of their products and what makes each one unique. Members of the PRT sales team included: Enryk, Stephen, Willi, Sid, Rebecca, Amy, & Vanessa. Manufacturers we are official dealers for are: Ultra Lav, Comforts of Home, Black Tie, and ACSI. We will also be adding two new lines as a result of the show.
Everyone took away something different from the show. Here is a wrap-up of highlights from each rep’s unique perspective.
“It was really great to see the quality of Black Tie and ACSI trailers; they stood out to me. I was also impressed by the pumper service business and the magnitude of the industry” – Enryk
“I left the show with a deeper understanding of the steel sloped tanks that ACSI uses and a great appreciation for their interiors. The new colors scheme and new layout on some units are very nice. Comforts of Home really impressed me with their hydraulic ADA units and so did Ultra Lav’s ADA units that are approved for use in California.” – Stephen
“The show has so much to see and so much great information to take in and learn; I feel like I did not even get to scratch the surface! It was also wonderful to catch up with our team in person, and spend quality time together learning more about the industry.” – Willi

“There are a lot of moving parts in the sanitation industry. It was really cool to see all the different aspects of, from pumper trucks to cleaning chemicals to hose manufacturers. It was neat to be able to see all the manufacturer's trailers up close, and see what makes all the trailers unique and special.” - Rebecca
