The Client Care Coordinator is the newest addition to our client satisfaction team.
Expanding Our Commitment to Excellent Service
Michael joins our team with a broad skill set covering all aspects of service, support, and project management. He got his start in the U.S. Army, where he served 20 years and honed his skills in executive analysis, planning, and decision making. Since leaving the Army, Michael has managed implementation and support projects for a wide variety of clients, and we are very excited about his new role on PRT’s client satisfaction team.
As Client Care Coordinator, Michael will work proactively with new and existing clients to ensure that each of you has an exceptional 5-star experience. He will bridge the gap within all departments of PRT, providing quicker responses and information for you, with the ability to escalate issues and expedite requests as an internal advocate for all clients.
We are all excited about the positive impact we expect to see in your overall experience, and Michael’s go-getter personality is a great fit for this active and fast-paced role. Seeking Out New Opportunities for Improvement
You can expect an even smoother and more seamless experience on your next luxury portable restroom deal with PRT. As Client Care Coordinator, Michael will be looking ahead over the lifetime of the deal to scout out any potential issues and resolve them before they become a problem.
Michael will coordinate communications, timelines, and logistics between you, the PRT team, and all our suppliers and manufacturers. He will be responsible for providing regular updates regarding production status and delivery, and following up to ensure that we meet or exceed your expectations regarding delivery and setup support.
In the unlikely event that you do have any concerns or issues, Michael will assist you for resolution and escalation. Also, when you’re ready to trade in your old inventory and upgrade to a new unit, he will help you navigate your options to find the solution that makes the most sense for you and your business.
