This popular floorplan contains a men’s suite, women’s suite, and a unisex ADA suite. Each suite has a warm earth tone interior with matching accents, including wall-to-wall lockable vanity with designer solid surface countertops and wood framed mirrors. The mens’ and womens’ suites each include a water-saving china flushable toilet, warm earth tone interior with coordinating hard-surface wall-to-wall lockable vanity with solid surface countertops, undermounted sink and metered faucets, large shatterproof framed mirror, and in-counter wastebasket. The men’s suite also includes a water saving urinal. The ADA-compliant unisex suite includes 1 wheelchair-accessible sink, faucet, and door handle; and china flushable toilet with mounted push button control module.  This suite allows for a full 360 turning radius for wheelchairs, assistance grab rails, and fold up exterior ramp. The trailer also features a smooth mar resistant laminated interior, insulated walls and 1 piece ceiling with built-in air supply and return. This trailer is fully climate controlled, with a low profile 9MBTU roof mounted air conditioner, and 5600 BTU heat strips.
