These units feature a spacious floor plan with two private suites, each with its own private automatic door. Inside each suite, coordinating designer finishes provide a luxurious feel with solid surface countertops and wall-to-wall vanities. There is a full-size flushable authentic china toilet. Hot water hand wash is available with an optional inline on-demand water heater.
The entire unit is climate controlled for year-round comfort, with a roof-mounted air conditioner and integrated heat strips throughout. Optional upgrades are available for dedicated heaters in each suite – or a ducted furnace system for extremely cold environments. While the unit is very well insulated, it is also very well ventilated, with roof-mounted air vent fans.
