Each suite includes full flush china toilet, fiberglass shower stall, corner vanity with a corner sink, self-closing faucet in the sink and shower, bench, shower curtain, and toilet-paper holder. This unit features an LP On Demand Gas Water Heater, powered by dual propane tanks mounted on the tongue of the trailer. Abundant porch lighting, vinyl flooring, fold down steps, double handrails, and large landing ensures your guests or employees can enter/ exit safely and securely no matter what time of day or night. 

Your guests are sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled environment maintained by air conditioning and heat strips, as well as a 4 Season package for cooler temperatures.  This 4 Stall Shower Trailer / Restroom Combo | Classic Series has insulated side walls and ceiling to provide better performance and energy saving properties similar to house insulation.

This unit has an LP on demand hot water heater with propane tanks mounted on the tongue.

This trailer includes upgraded water-saving toilets.

Solar Package option includes (2) 100 Watt Solar Panels, 2 Batteries, Charge Controller and Wiring Harness. Solar option will NOT run A/C units.
