All suites include one water-saving china flushable toilet, hot water hand wash, wall-to-wall vanity with large framed shatter-proof mirror, raised china vessel sinks and electronic faucets, in-counter wastebasket, paper-towel dispenser, and toilet paper holder, plus a waterless urinal in the men’s room.

Your guests will also be sure to enjoy the comfort of a fully climate-controlled environment maintained by air conditioning and heat strips!  This specific unit has also been upgraded to include a 3 season package for cooler temperatures.  This well-designed unit can really handle a crowd with a roof-mounted 13.5K  A/C unit with heat and a built-in air supply return. 

A special feature of this self-contained unit is the inclusion of a mechanical room that provides easy access to the freshwater tank, utilities, and connections! The 100-gallon fresh water tank and large 370-gallon waste tank.
