“Established since 1973, we are Charlotte’s largest volume dealer providing: Bennington Pontoons, Cobalt Boats, Malibu wake boats and Axis Wake Research tow boats to the Lake Norman and surrounding area. For over 40 years, Lake Norman Marina has set the standard for excellence for marinas. What’s our secret? The staff.
Griffin “Dip” Kale and his wife, Elsie, built and operated Lake Norman Marina into the dealership we know today. The Kales’ genuine concern for the customer and renowned reputation for service have been the basis of the company’s steady growth. Dip and Elsie’s enthusiasm for boating and customer care has spread throughout the organization, resulting in a staff that goes the extra mile for its customers.
Dip passed away in 2014, but his spirit lives on at Lake Norman Marina. His son, Mark Kale, is now president and owner, while his grandson, Logan, leads the sales team. And as for Elsie; you can catch her stopping by the marina just about every day, usually with some baked goodies to keep our staff energized. (We appreciate you, Ms. Elsie!)

We were excited to assist them when they called us needing bathroom rentals, and we arrived at their storefront prepared with a list of potential solutions for them.
A Solution with Bathroom Rentals
Considering the volume of use and need for a temporary restroom solution, we suggested several bathroom rentals and settled on the Three Station Malibu Comfort Series. This rental, measuring 16 feet with a 125 gallon fresh water tank and 500 gallon waste tank, is compact but mighty. It can service up to 350 visitors before requiring maintenance, which allows the company’s employees to use the restroom comfortably and whenever they need it.
To ensure safe entry, the porch to each of the bathroom rental’s entry doors is equipped with ample lighting for easy access no matter what time, day or night. The entry ways have two sturdy aluminum steps and railing for additional safety.
Guests will find three private bathrooms: two for women and one for men. All restrooms are designed with style in mind, showcasing earth tone interiors with modern flooring and color coordinated surfaces. They also include water saving flushable toilets, a sink vanity with a shatterproof mirror, hand dryer, and paper towels.
The men’s suite of this bathroom rental is versatile with a toilet and urinal option.To ensure the entire unit maintains a comfortable climate, air conditioning and heat strips are installed and able to adjust the temperature so that outdoor weather does not affect the interior’s experience. As an added measure, insulated walls and ceiling surround the entire unit, further aiding in keeping the interior temperature just right.
