When Branch Builds came to us needing portable restroom rentals for an upcoming construction project, we knew we had a solution for them.

We knew that construction managers wanted a comfortable and elegant restroom option for staff during their new project. It needed to be able to handle a very high volume of use with ease, and would act as the primary restroom option during the project. After viewing some potential options, the managers agreed that four portable restroom rentals would be the ideal fit for them: two 8 Station Calypso Series and two 10 Station Calypso Series.
The 8 Station unit was an ideal fit for their temporary restroom need because it is compact, comfortable, and allows for large restroom visitation throughout the day.
This portable restroom rental features a men’s and women’s suite. The women’s suite is fitted with a central powder room accented with a large two sink vanity, shatterproof mirror, and a paper towel and hand dryer option. Four stalls are available for use with study privacy walls and the space to use the facilities comfortably.
The men’s suite of the portable restroom trailer is equipped with two privacy stalls and two urinals. Both suites feature soft lighting, an elegant wooden interior design, and flushable china toilets, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and elegant experience. For this trailer, ambiance is an important factor as this is a unit fit for upscale events and visitors with a high caliber.
The 10 Station unit is similarly designed, but with more space. built for high volume use with a 200 gallon fresh water tank and 865 gallon waste tank. The spacious suites allow for plenty of in and out room for guests of all shapes and sizes.
In the women’s suite, you’ll find five stalls with privacy walls, a double sink vanity, shatterproof mirror, and ample lighting. The men’s suite also features a similar double sink vanity and mirror, with three stalls and two standard urinals equipped with privacy walls.
To ensure safe access to the unit, no matter what time of day or night, this restroom rental is equipped with aluminum stairs and railing and has ample porch lighting. The exterior is clean and sturdy, reinforced with materials that deters dents and scratches.
All of these portable restroom rentals also feature air conditioning and heat strips in order to maintain a comfortable interior temperature no matter what outside weather may be like. These strips can easily increase or decrease the temperature of the unit when necessary, ensuring that guests have a comfortable experience.

Winterize Your Long-Term Rentals
For those who experience extreme weather conditions, we know how hard it can get to maintain your restroom trailer. Maintenance issues are bound to arise: what if your water freezes? What if the hose gets clogged by ice? How do you keep your restroom guests comfortable during use?
These are all thoughts we’ve had when thinking about how to continue to improve our product. We want you to have the highest quality experience possible after your purchase. When it comes to cold weather, note these tips to ensure your restroom trailers stay functioning and keep that high quality for long periods of time.
PROTECT YOUR WATER SUPPLY
- Wrap heat tape around a ¾” garden hose. Use duct tape to hold it in place, about every 12 inches.
- Put foam tube insulation around the hose and heat tape. Leave the plugs and power lights uncovered.
- Run duct tape down the insulation, leaving the connecting ends, plugs and power lights uncovered. If you cover them, you will not be able to connect the water or power. Leave test lights and power lights uncovered (for testing and to be sure the hose remains working).
CREATE A BOX
- Place two 1500-watt electric heaters under the unit. Be sure you have sufficient power!
- Build a 2×2 or 2×4 wood frame to fit underneath each side of the unit. This is going to box the bottom of the outside of the unit.
- Fill any gaps with insulation
- Cut ½” plywood to fit frame for each side. Be sure to consider stairs when cutting your wood. Stairs should be out and in place before measuring.
- Measure and cut out a 6”x6” square to cover the drain access. Attach this with hinges so you can access the drain when needed. This will protect drain valve from freezing.
- Eliminate gaps and holes on the tongue side of the unit with R-13 (or greater) insulation.
- Staple insulation inside the wood box
- Cut a piece of insulation in half and lay it on the ground where the box will be placed. This eliminates gaps between the wood and the ground.
AFTER PLYWOOD IS ATTACHED
- Fill any small gaps on the top and bottom of the box with insulation
- Staple bubble wrap around the outside of the wood unit. This closes of gaps and keeps cold air out and heat in.
- Use electrical tape to cover plug connections that will remain outside.
FOR UNITS NOT IN USE FOR THE WINTER
Eliminate the use of power and water until the unit is ready to be used again.
- Drain water from all the lines.
- Add non-toxic RV “Pink Water System” antifreeze
- Unplug
